For today’s Generation Alpha youngsters, this is an ideal INTRO statement to say during their first job interview. Any successful AI implementation (positive or negative) will bring even more attention to AI and related fields, generating even more buzz and anticipation. So regardless of their official education path they finally select now, an increasing number of today’s and tomorrow’s young people will inevitable want to associate themselves with the coolness and the success of Artificial Intelligence wave.

A diversified group of brilliant AI professionals, including those from domains other than traditional ones like: engineering, marketing or economics, will be necessary to successfully advance AI development. To ensure long-term AI success, core AI professionals must learn how to effectively communicate and creatively collaborate with experts in other fields, such as art, psychology, ethics and law. So to keep up with the pace of AI development, we’ll all need to help cultivate a truly diversified population of future experts.

Many today’s young people are passionate gamers; it’s really ironic that in the near future, companies will probably look much more like creative game development studios than the rigorous businesses we learn about in our MBA programs.
